As you are aware it was valentines day on the 14th February and xat released heart. valentine and gold powers. Xat released:

Xat added new valentine gifts to the store. (Cards cost 50xats and gifts cost 100xats) {Valentine gifts are still available in the gift store)

Hey Everyone

Xat.com have made some changes to the support system.

Ticket Support

Xat have made it so only people who paid for xats can open tickets. If you are not a paid subscriber then you will have to use xat forums and help chats to get all your questions answered. All old tickets have been removed.

Forums 

Xat have changed moved around and added some new threads to the forums. I do not know if any posts were deleted but all old threads can be found in the community section.
