Halloween is here and it’s time to get busy scare-ifying your chat. Clearly you can start by choosing a spooky Halloween chat background, but why not choose just the right smileys for your GLINE power. This new power “looks” to be a new function that allows you to tweak Xat’s traditional smileys, giving them a more grotesque, wretched, disgusting appearance. :)

Xat Halloween backgrounds – Boo!

Another year, another Halloween… Time to break out your Halloween Xat hat and get to decorating your chat with a spooky or mildly scary xat background.

To get you in the spirit we’ve added a new section called Halloween Xat backgrounds that we intend to keep adding to (btw, a big thank you to the various designers that helped create the backgrounds). There you’ll find a few, brand new chat backgrounds to get you started. While you’re at it, why not decorate your Xat page with an orange, black or purple tiled background; perfect for Halloween!

Also, don’t forget about Xat’s Halloween power. Although it is a limited power there is always a chance that Xat may release a few for the holidays.
