Xat.com have made some changes to the support system.
Xat have made it so only people who paid for xats can open tickets. If you are not a paid subscriber then you will have to use xat forums and help chats to get all your questions answered. All old tickets have been removed.
Xat have changed moved around and added some new threads to the forums. I do not know if any posts were deleted but all old threads can be found in the community section.
